  As a Social Impact Strategist, Startup Mentor, and Founder, I develop innovative, community-driven strategies to address complex social challenges. My work spans men's wellbeing literacy, suicide prevention, cultural competency, threat assessment and management, and disruptive entrepreneurship. With a focus on empowering First Nations LGBTIQA+SB communities, I create impactful campaigns, social programs, and capacity-building initiatives that foster resilience, inclusivity, and long-lasting positive change.

Experience and VenturesWith over 20 years of experience in health and 12 years in remote suicide prevention, Shadow Black tackles complex social challenges by harnessing imaginative resilience—embracing creative thinking and tenacious innovation to overcome obstacles and drive lasting progress.

Recent ventures include:

• A Keynote Masterclass on "Threat Management: Understanding, Protecting, and Navigating Violence Against First Nations LGBTIQA+SB People in Australia", at the 2024 APATAP conference in Sydney, titled 'Bridging Bytes & Lives: AI & the Lived Experience in Threat Assessment'.

• Co-founder of B4MBLE&D Pty Ltd: Revolutionising workwear with our Tuff4lo brand, B4MBLE&D combines street art aesthetics with functional product design. This innovative startup, co-founded with street artist Jimmy (B4MBLE), merges creativity with social impact.

• Mentor at Startup Onramp: Invited by Founder and CEO Colin Kinner to share experiences and insights with the next generation of startup founders, offering guidance on business development, social impact integration, and product innovation.
