Startup Mentor, Founder, and Social Impact Innovator

As an entrepreneur and startup mentor, I'm committed fostering innovation and driving social impact. With over two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of founding several Startups as Shadow Black, a First Nations social impact agency, and recently I became a Co-founder B4MBLE&D Pty Ltd, where we're revolutionising workwear with our Tuff4lo brand.

 B4MBLE&D is an innovative startup that combines street art aesthetics with functional product design, co-founded with my mate Jimmy (B4MBLE), a talented artist and creative from the streets and myself Dameyon (D), a social impact strategist, suicidologist and delusional dream architect.

My journey has taken me from mental health advocacy and suicide prevention to product design and social entrepreneurship. I specialise in developing culturally competent solutions for First Nations and LGBTIQA+SB communities, as well as creating disruptive products that address real-world challenges.

Recently, I accepted an invitation from Colin Kinner to join Startup Onramp as a mentor. In this role, I'm excited to share my experiences and insights with the next generation of startup founders.
